WELCOME TO yOUR wedding sound design

Vishnu and Deepthi's Private Soundscape Design Experience

Welcome. This private Soundscape Design Experience is reserved just for you. It helps us understand how you want your wedding to feel — emotionally, energetically, and atmospherically — from the first moment guests arrive to the final song of the night. There’s no rush and no pressure. Most couples complete this together in one sitting.

How We Use Your Responses

We translate your responses into a custom Soundscape plan that includes music direction by phase, energy pacing and transitions, volume and atmosphere planning, cultural timing and balance, MC tone and presence, and lighting evolution throughout the evening.

If you share playlists, they’re used as inspiration — never as a fixed order. Live energy, guest experience, and your planner’s flow always come first. Take your time. There are no right or wrong answers. Answer only what feels helpful — everything here is meant to guide, not overwhelm. Estimated time: 20–30 minutes

Setting the Tone

Quick instincts are perfect — no need to overthink.

When guests describe your wedding afterward, what do you hope they say it felt like?

Energy Arc
Choose the flow you’re most drawn to — we’ll design the pacing around it.

Ceremony Soundscape

This helps us shape the atmosphere with restraint and intention.

Ceremony Atmosphere Preference

This applies to the entire event unless noted otherwise.
Any special PERFORMANCES or additional events?

Thank you — this was incredibly helpful

Your answers give us a clear picture of how you want your wedding to feel — not just sound.

We’ll use this to intentionally design your soundscape, pacing, and lighting so each phase flows naturally and feels effortless.

What happens next

• We’ll review everything you shared and begin shaping your Soundscape Design
• If we need any clarification, we’ll reach out thoughtfully and minimally
• Closer to your wedding, we’ll confirm timelines and formal moments

Until then — relax and enjoy the process. We’ve got this.
